Good Value with Room for Improvement
The family felt welcomed by the friendly staff and enjoyed the cozy, clean room. Beware of occasional noise at night, but the pool was a delightful spot for relaxation. Consider mentioning any issues to management for a better stay—like the WiFi which needs attention.

Had a great getaway with my friends! We visited Hughes Stadium and the Environmental Learning Center. The staff was helpful, and playing billiards was a fun bonus. Just a heads up, the hotel is undergoing some updates, so you might notice old paint or carpet.
Had some trouble with a broken door handle, making it a hassle to get into our room. It definitely could use some renovations.

Target audience beware
The housekeeping staff were great, especially Kimberly who was very attentive and sweet. The pool area was nice, clean and provided a good spot for my family to unwind after a long day, but ultimately, the positives didn’t save this from being a tough stay.
It was pricey for what we dealt with, but at least we had a place to stay.

The staff showed great potential, although the hotel faced significant cleanliness issues and inadequate amenities. Hallways felt unkempt, and satisfactory conditions didn't meet expectations, making it hard to fully appreciate the positives.

The Standard Double Room was pretty decent. Beds were comfy, and the place was clean. The staff seemed to care, which was a nice touch. That breakfast setup was great! Custom omelets? Yes, please! But honestly, it felt a bit dated in some areas, like the carpets. Just could use a little more TLC around the hallways.
